The Strength Parlor is hosting an opportunity to compete for the online USSF Powerlifting Spring Challenge IN-PERSON. Come on out and feed off our energy, receive assistance with video, rules and of course- coaching. This will be absolutely FREE and guaranteed to be a fun time so share the news and be sure to reserve on our website.
Also make sure you have a USSF membership and have paid your meet entry fee on their website if you plan on officially competing worldwide for prizes and the opportunity to compete at nationals in October (hosted by yours truly)
