Competitors: $25 minimum donation
Spectators: $10 minimum donation
Event T-Shirt: $25
Test your Press and Deadlift to help raise money for The National Kidney Foundation!
Each participant will have 3 Press & 3 Deadlift attempts. Top pound-for-pound male and female will be determined by using a bodyweight and age coefficient.
Even complete beginners are welcome and encouraged!
Also, consider pledging any monetary amount for each pound lifted by a specific competitor. All proceeds go to the foundation. Please email cmiller@thestrengthparlor.com for questions.
